24 Hour Plays Are Back!

Do you like instant gratification? Do you like art that speaks to the present moment? Do you like your theater fast and furious? Then have we got a show for you.

On Saturday, July 12 at 8:00pm, a group of reckless, talented, insane artists will create and perform seven short plays, written and rehearsed in the span of 24 hours.

That’s right. It’s back. It’s time for the second annual 24 Hour Plays at the Hole in the Wall Theater.

On Friday July 11, 2014, 8 writers will meet at The Hole in the Wall Theater. At 8 PM sharp, they will receive their inspiration and work through the night to create 10 minute plays. At 7:30 AM the next morning, seven directors will arrive, take those scripts in hand, and with the help of the awesome acting pool, work all day rehearsing, staging, costuming, and setting tech, so by 8:00 PMthe curtain goes up on seven brand new one of a kind plays, exactly 24 hours after the writers got their inspiration.
