Audiences at the Saturday August 2nd performance of The Impracticality of Modern-Day Mastodons got an extra treat when Connecticut State Archaeologist Dr. Brian Jones stopped by with a big box of mastodon bones to show us.We laughed, we cried, we learned. But if you missed him last Saturday, don’t despair. Dr. Jones will be back for our closing performance on Saturday August 23rd!

That’s right, we’re getting a double dose of charms, smarts, and archaeological know how from the handsomest archaeologist we know. So come see the show on closing night, and grill Dr. Jones about prehistoric times, the importance of soil, and these magnificent impractical beasts that walked New Britain 13 thousand years ago.
