HITW Board
The Hole in the Wall Board of Directors are the elected members of the theater who handle the administration and business of our stage. The General Membership nominates and votes in Board Members at our monthly General Meetings. Maranda Gallo [She/Her] – President (Voted November 2022)
Maranda Gallo has been heavily involved in theater for years, with some favorite credits including directing Don’t Dress For Dinner (Tunxis Stage), Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon (HITW) and Love’s Labour’s Lost (HITW) as well as doing props for Wife/Worker/Whore and Pet Peeves. She also is the head of marketing of HITW. In the small bits of time when she is not doing theater, she is probably listening to podcasts or rewatching Blown Away on Netflix for the 375th time.

Alexandria Palazzo [She/Her] – Secretary (Voted February 2025)
Alex recently obtained her PhD in Organic Chemistry from Yale University. When not wearing a lab coat, Alex enjoys theatre the most. Her proudest achievement is Hole in the Wall Theater’s production of Appropriate, which served as her solo-directorial debut. Productions like Appropriate cannot happen without the Board of Directors, and Alex is passionate about making the magic on stage happen with some hard work behind the scenes.

Kate Stango [She/Her] (Voted May 2026)
Kate has been involved with Hole in the Wall both onstage and behind the scenes, playing Piper in Pet Peeves, Emma in The Radio’s Playing, and most recently as Assistant Stage Manager of Appropriate. She has participated in community theater since the age of 9, and is very grateful for how Hole in the Wall provides a home for original works and risk-taking productions. By day, she is an Admissions Officer for her alma mater, the University of Connecticut.

Lynn Seery [She/Her] – Treasurer (Voted June 2023)
Lynn is a musical theater fan and co-writer of the award-winning “Game On! The Musical”. She has a degree in music performance from Central Connecticut State University and is the co-owner of Pure Love Gluten Free Bakery in Avon. She has served as treasurer for the last three years and is looking forward to taking on more leadership roles in the future.
