Invincible Summer – Presented by Actors Ensemble

“Invincible Summer” is a new play by acclaimed writer Kevin Stuart Brodie.  In his synopsis of the play, Kevin writes: “Tom Hoffman is a concert pianist with Parkinson’s disease.  Tom seems to have lost everything – his career, his marriage, perhaps even his will to live.  His only hope lies in his friendship with Colin Lane – a 92-year-old Irishman unafraid to berate, cajole and guide Tom through his emotional and physical challenges.”  “Invincible Summer” is both joyful and heartbreaking, funny and sad, entertaining and educational, delivering a powerful message of hope and triumph.

“Invincible Summer” will run May 3rd and 4th at 8pm, and Sunday May 5th at 2:30pm. The theater will open an hour before the show starts.

Tickets are available at hitw.org/tickets or can be bought at the door.
